Our customers are from the shared-space industry: business centres, managed space, conference venues and hospitality. Over the years it has become apparent that our customers are not always well served by conventional ISPs. - Is a service level guarantee (SLA) to fix offered?
- Is a minimum service quality specified?
- Is there an immediate diagnosis service available?
- Are there enough IP addresses on the product?
- Does ‘Recommended Router’ work in a centre?
- Is advertised bandwidth available? Is the uplink bandwidth specified or hidden?
- Is the minimum contract period 1 month instead of 12 or 24 months?
